SE Safety Solutions, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in safety and industrial hygiene inspection services. We conduct Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) inspections and industrial hygiene surveys of U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserve, U.S. Army National Guard, and U.S. Government facilities, armories, indoor weapons firing ranges, civilian facilities, facility maintenance shops, combined support maintenance shops, Army Aviation support facilities, and unit training equipment sites. During inspections, we identify and document potential safety and health hazards. Immediately following the inspection, we provide a detailed written report to the customer, which identifies the safety and health hazards and recommends corrective actions. We also conduct accident investigations, if required by our clients.
SE Safety Solutions was established in June 2004 by Rickey McGraw, a retired U.S. Army officer with 27 years of dedicated military service, who serves as president. He has over 18 years of experience in safety inspections, and has completed the following U.S. Army safety courses: Explosives Safety, Risk Management, Accident Investigation, Accident Prevention, Industrial Hygiene, and Range Safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal Arts Studies from the University of the State of New York. He is a certified Occupational Safety and Health Administration Inspector and a National Guard Bureau Certified Safety and Health Professional.

According to OSHA's website, www.osha.gov , some of the direct and indirect costs for workplace occupational injuries include increased workers' compensation insurance costs, higher medical costs, higher costs to provide job accommodations for injured workers, increased funding for overtime benefits for uninjured and healthy employees, poor worker morale, and increased turnover.
On the other hand, when all employees are uninjured and healthy, OSHA notes that "the direct cost-savings to businesses include: lower workers' compensation insurance costs; reduced medical expenditures; smaller expenditures for return-to-work programs; fewer faulty products; lower costs for job accommodations for injured workers; [and] less money spent for overtime benefits."
